What is SeQureData Online Data Backup?

SeQureData is an automatic system that backs up your data to highly secure
data centres via the Internet.

How Does SeQureData Work?

SeQureData online data backup allows you to backup your files to offsite
locations. You select the files to be backed up, set the time at which you want
your automatic backup to run and the software does the rest. Your data is then compressed, encrypted, and sent over the Internet to our secure data centres. Once the first backup is complete, each subsequent backup only backs up the changes to the file and not the whole file, thereby reducing backup and
restoration times.

What is the Free 14-Day Trial?

Our free 14-day trial enables you to test drive SeQureData for yourself, to see how easy and quick our online data backup service is. The trial is a 4GB fully functional version which enables you to backup real files from your system and find your way around the features and functions of the backup control screen.

How do I Get My 14-Day Trial?

Visit the sign up to our data backup service page. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the appropriate version of the backup software.

What Happens After My Free 14-Day Trial?

Before you come to the end of your free trial you will be notified automatically by email that your trial is about to end. You can then sign up for a backup account for either SeQure PC backup or SeQure Mac backup.

You then have the option to choose the amount of backup you require (from 2GB to 50GB). Payment is by credit card, either monthly or annually. Just follow the on-screen instructions on the sign up page.

How Do I Backup My Email?

Backing up your emails with SeQureData and our Attix5 backup software is simple. From your Attix5 backup management screen, click on Selections/Filters/MS Outlook email (tick box) and your email is then selected in your backup cycle.

Once I Have Received a Quote for My Server Backup Service and I Want to Go Ahead, What Happens Next?

We will need to gain access to your server(s) to install the Attix 5 backup software. As part of our managed backup platform we will monitor the status and health of your backup account (we cannot see or gain access to your data). We will monitor the amount of GB capacity each month to see how much you have used and if you are about to go over your initial limit. If you are nearing your limit you do not have to worry as your backup capacity will automatically increase with your usage and you will be billed accordingly at the end of each month.
